Nancy Good is a full-time multi-disciplinary artist and photographer living and working in the Southern Nevada/California area. Mostly self-taught, Nancy engages in continuing study of unique artists of all types as a means to developing her own craft, while working with a mixed bag of artistic tools and techniques.
Fearless experimentation has helped Nancy create a confident, critical approach to her work, liberating her to create images of beautiful mystery and surprise. A published and award-winning photographer and artist, Nancy’s work has regularly been selected for solo and group exhibits across the country in high profile locations such as the Nashville International Airport and Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN, commissioned installation at the Delano Hotel Las Vegas, HERE Gallery in SoHo, Marjorie Barrick Museum of Art and Donna Beam Gallery (UNLV), Life is Beautiful Festival (Las Vegas), and galleries in the Southeast, New York, Montana, Nevada and California. Her fine art pieces have also been added to prominent public and private collections throughout the U.S. and overseas through commissions, sales, gifts and charitable donations. In addition to being a full-time artist/ photographer and increasingly active in her local arts community, Nancy is a gallerist, curating dynamic exhibitions of contemporary artists, and frequently teaches beginning and intermediate camera classes, presents round-table discussions/artist’s talks on creative techniques, leads photo tours/field-trips and offers artist development mentoring sessions at Core Contemporary, her fine art gallery in Las Vegas.
